All items are shipped within 5-7 business days after purchase. We do not believe you should wait ages for your products but we are 100% HANDMADE and want to make sure every product is top quality! Items are shipped via USPS. Once you receive a tracking number it can take a day or two to update. If at all there is a delay in your tracking contact USPS as once it leaves Caylee & Co hands they are the only ones who can track it effectively as we see what you see as far as tracking goes.

The customer is responsible for making sure we have the correct address. Caylee & Co will always ship to the address provided at checkout and is NOT responsible for packages shipping to an incorrect address.

Orders can be combined. There is a 1$ service fee that will be taken from your shipping refund.

There will be NO changes to orders once an order is submitted. So please double check before clicking submit.

Due to adding Afterpay, bows can oversell from time to time. In an event that it happens you will be refunded for the oversold item.

Watch small children when wearing any accessories. All items are secure but may come loose and become a choking hazard. Never leave children unattended when wearing hair accessories. Please store bows flat or on a bow holder to keep shape.
